Bundy, 69, of Bunkerville, Nev., Ryan C. Bundy, 43, of Mesquite, Nev., Ammon E. Bundy, 40, of Emmet, Idaho, Ryan W. Payne, 32, of Anaconda, Mont., and Peter T. Who used violence? Did the court order demand that <a title=\" Nevada Federal Grand Jury Indicts Cliven Bundy and Four Others for Leading 2014 Standoff \" href=\"http:\/\/freedomoutpost.com\/2014\/04\/blm-alleges-save-tortoises-look-bundys-cows\/\" target=\"_blank\">cattle be slaughtered<\/a>? It\u2019s about those engaged in crime at the DC level attempting to silence those who are exposing their crimes.<\/p>\n<p>At least one federal judge understood the law breaking of the <a title=\" Nevada Federal Grand Jury Indicts Cliven Bundy and Four Others for Leading 2014 Standoff \" href=\"http:\/\/freedomoutpost.com\/?s=blm\" target=\"_blank\">Bureau of Land Management<\/a> and in his opinion of <a title=\" Nevada Federal Grand Jury Indicts Cliven Bundy and Four Others for Leading 2014 Standoff \" href=\"http:\/\/www.scribd.com\/doc\/144609491\/United-States-v-Estate-of-Hage-No-2-07-cv-01154-RCJ-VCF-Findings-of-Fact-Conclusions-of-Law-and-Injunction-D-Nev-May-24-2013\" target=\"_blank\"><em>United States v. Estate of Hage<\/em><\/a>, U.S. District Court Judge Robert C. Jones\u00a0revealed the criminal actions of the BLM against Nevada rancher E. Wayne Hage. Judge Jones held \u201cgovernment officials\u201d in contempt and referred the issued to Eric Holder\u2019s office. We all know what happened\u2026 nothing.<\/p>\n<p>Kit Daniels <a title=\" Nevada Federal Grand Jury Indicts Cliven Bundy and Four Others for Leading 2014 Standoff \" href=\"http:\/\/www.infowars.com\/federal-judge-blm-engaged-in-a-criminal-conspiracy-against-ranchers\/\" target=\"_blank\">reported:<\/a><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>For over 20 years, the Bureau of Land Management engaged in a \u201cliteral, intentional conspiracy\u201d against Nevada ranchers to force them out of business, according to a federal judge whose court opinion exposes the BLM\u2019s true intent against rancher Cliven Bundy.<br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>BLM agents who impounded Cliven Bundy\u2019s cattle.<br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u2026<br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cBased upon E. Wayne Hage\u2019s declaration that he refused to waive his rights \u2014 a declaration that did not purport to change the substance of\u00a0the grazing permit renewal for which he was applying, and which had no plausible legal effect other than to superfluously assert non-waiver of rights \u2014 the Government denied him a renewal grazing permit based upon its frankly nonsensical position that such an assertion of rights meant that the application had not been properly completed,\u201d Judge Jones wrote. \u201cAfter the BLM denied his renewal grazing\u00a0permit for this reason by letter, the Hages indicated that they would take the issue to court, and they sued the Government in the CFC [Court of Federal Claims.]\u201d<br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>And at that point, Jones explained, the BLM refused to consider any further applications from Hage.<br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThe entire chain of events is the result of the Government\u2019s arbitrary denial of E.
