Dramatic change in the structure of American
\npolitical parties is happening right now, even
\nbefore the first ballots of 2016 are cast!<\/p>\n
The Trump phenomena obviously is the clearest
\nexample of this as the brazen New York realtor
\nand showman continues his assault on the political
\nestablishment on the road to the White House.<\/p>\n
On the Democratic side, the continued ascension of
\nBernie Sanders in the polls in his confrontation with
\nHillary for the party’s nomination is good news for
\nthose who are disgusted with the Clinton dynasty.<\/p>\n
It would be presumptuous to think that either Trump or
\nSanders can ease control from the entrenched leaders
\nwho dominate their respective parties.<\/p>\n
But with a totally disgusted electorate ready to pull the\u00a0plug in a desperate effort to alter the political landscape\u00a0and restore some sense of hope for the future, the tides\u00a0of change remain strong.<\/p>\n
All of this bodes well for some form of new party finally\u00a0emerging out of the current chaos. What that looks like\u00a0and who will benefit most from what transpires remains\u00a0to be seen.<\/p>\n
With the Iowa Caucus and early primaries only a few short
\nweeks away, the picture will start to clear up after the
\nresults are in. We already see some candidates being
\neliminated from the debates because of poor poll numbers.<\/p>\n
And with Jesse Ventura, James Webb, Jill Stein and other
\nlesser known folks poised to bring their agendas into the
\nconversation, we are likely to witness the long-expected
\nshift during the 2016 political season.<\/p>\n
Hold onto your hats: this will be one interesting ride!<\/p>\n
