[From Wikipedia]<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">According to the authorities, <b>Christopher Jordan Dorner<\/b>\u00a0(photo, left) is a violent domestic terrorist.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Dorner, a former LAPD cop and honorably discharged Navy reservist, was accused of killing four people in February 2013\u00a0. The Police also claim Dorner is the author of numerous versions of a rage-filled \u201cmanifesto\u201d where he vows to \u201cbring unconventional and asymmetrical warfare to those in an LAPD uniform whether on or off duty.\u201d Later Dorner is quoted in the LA Times: \u201cI don\u2019t want to hurt you, I just want to clear my name.\u201d Does this sound like something a violent domestic terrorist would say?<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Where is the evidence that Dorner killed anyone?<\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">A photo of .308 sniper rifle and a handgun that has not been connected to the murders.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s3\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.activistpost.com\/2013\/02\/news-services-fake-dorner-manifesto.html\"><span class=\"s4\">Numerous versions of a manifesto<\/span><\/a><\/span><span class=\"s1\">\u00a0written by someone with a 2<\/span><span class=\"s5\"><sup>nd<\/sup><\/span><span class=\"s1\">\u00a0amendment agenda rather than a policeman writing to expose police corruption and trying to clear his name.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Note there is absolutely no proof Dorner killed anyone especially\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.activistpost.com\/2013\/03\/what-really-happened-to-monica-quan-and.html\"><span class=\"s2\">Monica Quan and Keith Lawrence<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s6\"><i>According to the official story, at 9:10 P.M on February 3, 2013 a couple, walking through the upper floor (roof level) of the parking garage at 2100 Scholarship, Irvine CA, spotted a man and woman [Monica Quan and Keith Lawrence] slumped over inside a car that reportedly belonged to Keith Lawrence.<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s6\"><i>Here is what the public is expected to believe. In a million dollar neighborhood, in a racist area of the country, a large black man breaks into a secured garage and is allowed by a police officer (who theoretically knows he\u2019s hostile) to walk up to the officer\u2019s car under a bright light and shoot the officer and his girlfriend (also from a police background) while nobody hears any shots and then departs, going both in and out of the garage in front of a video camera. Of course, the police (who want us to believe this) have failed to release the video footage that would show they were right about it being Chris Dorner who did all this.\u00a0<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p6\"><span class=\"s6\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.activistpost.com\/2013\/03\/what-really-happened-to-monica-quan-and.html\"><i>What Really Happened to Monica Quan and Keith Lawrence<\/i><\/a><\/span><span class=\"s7\"><i>\u00a0By Ruth Hull<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The largest manhunt since 9\/11; involving the FBI, SWAT teams, over 10,000 officers, tightened Border Patrol [including checkpoints in Big Bear], drones, helicopters and aerial search teams with thermal imaging technology finally barbecued their man in a cabin in Big Bear.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><i>How do we know it was Dorner?<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Dorner\u2019s California Driver\u2019s License was found near a burned corpse in the basement area of the burned building cabin. Is that possible?<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">(Image, left: Source USA Today)<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">As you can see in the image above, it is hard to believe a\u00a0<i>plastic<\/i>\u00a0driver\u2019s license could recognizably survive such a fire. I remind the reader that\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/articles.latimes.com\/2013\/feb\/11\/local\/la-me-dorner-charges-20130212\"><span class=\"s2\">on February 7, 2013 it had been reported that Dorner\u2019s wallet and identification had been found by a shuttle bus driver in the San Diego area<\/span><\/a>. [1]<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Tactical Elements of Dorner\u2019s Rampage<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The first problem with the story is the tactical elements of Dorner\u2019s rampage, <b>John Miller<\/b> CBS News senior correspondent and former head of the LAPD Major Crimes Division said the attacks likely took a\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s6\"><i>\u201cremarkable amount of pre-staging\u201d and added that \u201csomebody who put that much pre-staging planning into a series of events \u2026 it\u2019s doubtful that they didn\u2019t put the same amount of planning into the end game \u2026 It makes you wonder what his plan is for the end game.\u201d Bratton said he found it \u201cvery surprising that now with all this attention Dorner has brought onto himself, he has not started to reach out to the media to exploit it \u2026 it\u2019s very interesting that he has stayed quiet.\u201d<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Miller explained that Dorner \u201ccut off all his cell phones and other connections\u201d on Jan. 31 and Bratton said, \u201che\u2019s aware that anything he uses electronically can be immediately zeroed in on so he\u2019s possibly staying quiet because of that understanding. As they look to bring the manhunt to an end, \u201cthe police are certainly on edge,\u201d Bratton said, emphasizing that Dorner is \u201can incredibly dangerous individual.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The second problem that everyone should be questioning is why \u201cthe police are certainly on edge\u201d and is Dorner \u201can incredibly dangerous individual?\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\"><a href=\"http:\/\/sfbayview.com\/2013\/lapd-was-never-spooked-by-christopher-dorner-something-dont-smell-right\/\"><b>LAPD was never spooked by Christopher Dorner: Something doesn\u2019t smell right<\/b><b><\/b><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Is it really possible that one man with military training had one of the most militarized and largest police forces in the world spooked over the threats in a rambling manifesto?<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Was Dorner the most dangerous suspect ever faced by LAPD?<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The LAPD is one of the most militarized police forces in the country and Daryl Gates and William H. Parker L.A. Police chiefs made it a point to hire military men to be on the force. Former Navy Seals, Green Berets, Marines, Special Forces and SWAT teams make up the ranks of LAPD and Southern California police forces in general.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Why would one man who \u201cjust wanted to clear his name\u201d spook the LAPD?<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Los Angeles is home to some of the most ruthless, well armed and vicious organized gangs. The Crips, Bloods, Mexican Mafia, Armenian Mob, Aryan Brotherhood, Skinheads, Russian Mob and of course the drug cartels. The gangs are real and are openly hostile to the LAPD, yet we have never seen the Police go after those same gangs with the same determination and resolve. Even after those criminals were deemed terrorists and murdered entire families.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">During the height of the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.laweekly.com\/microsites\/la-riots\/\"><span class=\"s2\">LA rebellions in 1992\u00a0<\/span><\/a>we saw the Parker Center police headquarters destroyed by angry mobs but we didn\u2019t see a thousand cops on the streets \u201clooking\u201d for anyone. Police officers\u2019 families weren\u2019t protected. Million dollar rewards weren\u2019t offered, freeways weren\u2019t shut down for hours and protection squads weren\u2019t assigned to everyone in \u201cdanger.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">What about the niece of former L.A. Police Chief <b>Bernard Parks<\/b> who was killed by gang members in 2000? Where was the manhunt to eradicate the gang that killed her?<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">There have long been rogue officers, some friendly, some not so friendly to the force, but never has there been a statewide manhunt to stop them. The LAPD, no matter what they say, could not have been in the imminent danger they claimed \u2013 not with all their resources, manpower and history.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">I have only two possibilities to explain what really happened:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">1)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Monica Quan is the daughter of <b>Randall Quan<\/b>, the first Chinese-American captain in the Los Angeles Police Department. Randal Quan, who became a lawyer in retirement [2], was hired by the LAPD officers\u2019 union, the Los Angeles Police Protective League, to represent Dorner at an internal LAPD hearing prior to his termination in 2009. During that time Dorner confided in Quan something the LAPD has been keeping secret for years. Dorner involved in trying to clear his name may have threatened to disclose the LAPD secret. Silencing Dorner was simple, \u201che never had the opportunity to have a family,\u201d but Quan we can assume realized the danger he posed to the LAPD and stored away one of those \u201copen if something happens to me letters.\u201d How do\u00a0 you keep Quan quiet? You kill one of his four children and blame it on Dorner in a rambling manifesto. [3]<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">2)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The police are under pressure to explain the rise in police shootings of unarmed individuals.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">If you recall, two women in Torrance delivering newspapers were mistakenly shot by LAPD officers searching for Christopher Dorner. There was no warning, no orders, no commands, the police officers just opened fire on their vehicle.\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.activistpost.com\/2013\/02\/news-services-fake-dorner-manifesto.html\"><span class=\"s2\">News Services Fake Dorner Manifesto, Quick-Shooting Police Mistake Little Women for a Big Man<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Was this really a tragic case of mistaken identity, as LAPD Chief <b>Charlie Beck<\/b> would have us believe?<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The Police believed the two Hispanic women throwing papers out the driver side window driving a late-model blue Toyota Tacoma pick up truck, were Christopher Dorner, a 6\u2019 2\u201d black 33-year old male on a rampage-killing spree in a charcoal colored Nissan Titan pick up truck.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">As <b>Margie Carranza<\/b> drove her Toyota Tacoma down Redbeam she and her mother <b>Emma Hernandez<\/b> threw papers to the designated addresses.\u00a0 Not only were the headlights on and the hazard flashers blinking\u00a0 but since the women deliver five different papers from a route list, the lights in cab were on as well.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The <i>LA Times<\/i> reports that a total of seven different officers fired on the women\u2019s truck in Torrance. Police seem more concerned about killing a threat to them instead of protecting the public.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">An unidentified witness to the shooting looked out his window and saw a half-dozen cops shooting wildly in all directions, yelling extreme profanity at the women and pointing weapons at anyone driving by or near, like \u201clittle boys with big guns, lots of vengeance and no brains. Makes me root for the bad guys, and not those crazy cops.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Unfortunately this wasn\u2019t the first time the Police went ballistic and started shooting at innocent people. In what has become a reoccurring theme, LAPD\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.loop21.com\/search\/node\/shoot\"><span class=\"s2\"><b>Police Officers Are Shooting Unarmed People, Everywhere<\/b><\/span><\/a><b>\u00a0<i>since 2010.<\/i><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\"><a href=\"http:\/\/investigations.nbcnews.com\/_news\/2013\/12\/20\/21956357-family-of-unarmed-man-shot-dead-by-lapd-wants-20-million\">December 20, 2013<\/a><\/span><span class=\"s1\">, just two days ago, the Police shot and killed an unarmed man following a pursuit of his Corvette through Los Angeles.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.vice.com\/read\/los-angeles-sheriffs-deputies-shot-and-killed-a-homeless-man-for-waving-a-stick\">October 10, 2013<\/a><\/span><span class=\"s1\">, Los Angeles Sheriff\u2019s deputies kicked and fatally shot a homeless man for, they claim, was waving a stick.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s6\"><i>\u201cDeputies with the Transit Services Bureau came into contact with the man when he suddenly armed himself with a wooden stick. He then advanced toward the deputies with the wooden stick overhead, prompting them to open fire. Officials said the man, who has not been identified, was taken to a hospital, where he died.\u201d<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\"><a href=\"http:\/\/projects.latimes.com\/homicide\/post\/abdul-arian\/\">April 11 2013<\/a><\/span><span class=\"s1\">, LAPD kills 19-year old <b>Abdul Arian<\/b> after he led police on a high-speed chase after he refused to pull over for a traffic stop. According to the Police they felt their lives were in danger because of the gestures made after he got out of the car. At the end of the chase, Arian jumped out of the car and started to run, but also turning towards officers in what they describe was a \u201cmenacing\u201d motion where he appeared to have a weapon. He did not.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.policebrutality.info\/2013\/04\/graphic-officer-shot-a-unarmed-man-11-times.html#sthash.uUDY1jr0.dpuf\">April 8th, 2013<\/a><\/span><span class=\"s1\">, <b>Ernesto Duenez<\/b>, unarmed,\u00a0 was shot 11 Times by Police. \u00a0The video from one of the patrol car cameras shows Duenez parking his pickup truck and officer <b>James Moody<\/b> approaching him with a drawn gun. He suspected that Duenez had a knife and shouted at him to drop it and put his hands up. As Duenez was exiting the vehicle over the passenger seat, he tripped and turned around which provoked the officer to fire 13 shots in just 4.2 seconds. Duenez was shot once in the head, eight times in the body and two times in the extremities and died from wounds to his chest and abdomen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.loop21.com\/life\/lapd-shoot-teen-alleged-armed-robbery-no-gun-found\">March 24, 2012<\/a><\/span><span class=\"s1\">, <b>Kendrec McDade<\/b>,\u00a0 unarmed, was killed by Police because they were told that he had a gun by a 911 caller reporting a robbery and he according to the Police was reaching into his waistband. The caller later admitted that he lied about the gun. The officers who shot McDade however, have not been held responsible. Local civil rights activists have also noted that Pasadena police are going against California law that says officers who shoot and kill citizens must be identified to the public. Neither officers\u2019 identity has been revealed.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.huffingtonpost.com\/2013\/10\/24\/moises-de-la-torre-lawsuit_n_4153265.html\">February 24, 2013<\/a><\/span><span class=\"s1\">, <b>Moises De La Torre<\/b>, unarmed, fatally shot By LAPD. According to police reports officers from the LAPD\u2019s North Hollywood Division responded to a call of a man with a gun in the area of Vineland Avenue and Archwood Street. A female 9-1-1 caller reported she had been approached by a man who threatened to kill her and then reached into a bag he was carrying. She said she believed it was to retrieve a gun. When they arrived, officers found De La Torre standing in lanes of traffic, according to a statement issued by the department afterward. Police instructed him to drop the bag, but De La Torre failed to do so, and officers said he allegedly moved forward, threatening to kill them. He reached into the bag and officers opened fire.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cbsnews.com\/news\/christopher-dorner-manhunt-two-innocent-women-shot-by-lapd-officers-had-no-warning\/\">February 8, 2013<\/a><\/span><span class=\"s1\">, two women in Torrance were delivering newspapers when they were mistakenly shot by LAPD officers searching for Christopher Dorner. There was no warning, no orders given, no commands issued, the police officers just opened fire on their vehicle.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>\u201cOfficers are discharging their weapons\u00a0 because they are being attacked,\u201d\u00a0<\/b>Los Angeles Police Chief Charlie Beck<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">In 2011, as the number of police shootings soared, Police Chief Charlie Beck repeatedly gave his bosses and the public an explanation: Officers were discharging their weapons more because they were coming under attack more. He attempted to bolster his assertion with LAPD statistics that showed an increase in the number of assaults on officers. <b>Alex Bustamante<\/b>, the inspector general for the Los Angeles Police Commission, which oversees the LAPD disputes the statistics and Beck\u2019s assertion of a link between the jump in officer-involved shootings and assaults on officers in a report by the Police Commission inspector general.\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/articles.latimes.com\/2012\/jul\/02\/local\/la-me-lapd-shootings-assaults-20120702\"><span class=\"s2\">Watchdog disputes LAPD rationale for rise in police shootings<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The independent LAPD watchdog concludes there was no link between the dramatic rise in officer-involved shootings and assaults on officers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">When asked to support Beck\u2019s assertion that \u201cOfficer involved shootings are up \u2014 largely in response to being attacked,\u201d the only incidents that were mentioned were that in April one officer was shot in the jaw and in October, two officers came under fire and were hit by small pellets resembling bird shot when they came upon a shooting.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Through a spokesperson Beck issued to The Times a written response to the inspector general\u2019s report. He stood by the idea that \u201cthere is a relationship between some types of attacks on police officers and officer involved shootings.\u201d And he said people accused of assaulting LAPD officers last year were armed with guns and knives \u2014 as opposed to less threatening weapons \u2014 at a higher rate than in previous years, which Beck said helped explain why more shootings occurred.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Under California law, however, someone can be\u00a0<i>arrested<\/i>\u00a0[not killed] for assault with a deadly weapon whether or not they injure another person.
