That Hillary Clinton continues to mount a presidential campaign is inconceivable in the face of so much evidence of her official wrongdoing as Secretary of State.<\/p>\n
By her own signature she has incriminated herself in the conduct of both sending and receiving official government correspondence in an unlawful manner. \u00a0The digital communications between the Secretary and her staff, as well as with foreign leaders, is as sensitive and delicate, classified and secret as it gets. \u00a0That’s what Secretaries of State do!<\/p>\n
Both Emailgate and Servergate clearly show that she ran an operation completely outside of the rules and regulations which all employee of the Department of State are duty bound to comply with.<\/p>\n
Because of the numerous conflicts of interest which existed between her and her husband’s dealings with the Clinton Foundation, this can of worms only gets wormier by the day. \u00a0In fact books have been written about the incestuous relationship between State and the Foundation which demonstrate an unconscionable degree of personal enrichment by both Clintons.<\/p>\n
That’s not to say that this type of serial law-breaking by government leaders and ex-leaders has not occurred many times in the past. \u00a0However, the major difference here is that the American people are reading about it daily, while the two key figures in the ongoing scandal are aggressively attempting to take over the highest office in the land … again.<\/p>\n

(AP Photo\/Charlie Neibergall)<\/p><\/div>\n As the nation\u2019s chief diplomat, Hillary Clinton was responsible for ascertaining whether information in her possession was classified and acknowledged that \u201cnegligent handling\u201d of that information could jeopardize national security, according to a copy of an agreement she signed upon taking the job.<\/p>\n A day after assuming office as secretary of state, Clinton signed a Sensitive Compartmented Information Nondisclosure Agreement<\/a>\u00a0that laid out criminal penalties for \u201cany unauthorized disclosure\u201d of classified information.<\/p>\n Experts have guessed that Clinton signed such an agreement, but a copy of her specific contract, obtained by the Competitive Enterprise Institute through an open records request and shared with theWashington Free Beacon<\/em>, reveals for the first time the exact language of the NDA.<\/p>\n \u201cI have been advised that the unauthorized disclosure, unauthorized retention, or negligent handling of SCI by me could cause irreparable injury to the United States or be used to advantage by a foreign nation,\u201d the agreement states.<\/p>\n Clinton received at least two emails<\/a> while secretary of state on her personal email server since marked \u201cTS\/SCI\u201d\u2014top secret\/sensitive compartmented information\u2014according to the U.S. intelligence community\u2019s inspector general.<\/p>\n The State Department said in September<\/a> that Clinton\u2019s private email system, set up at her Chappaqua, N.Y., home, was not authorized to handle SCI.<\/p>\n The Democratic presidential frontrunner defended<\/a> her unauthorized possession of SCI and hersending of emails<\/a> containing classified information by claiming that the information was not marked as classified when it was sent or received.<\/p>\n The language of her NDA suggests it was Clinton\u2019s responsibility to ascertain whether information shared through her private email server was, in fact, classified.<\/p>\n \u201cI understand that it is my responsibility to consult with appropriate management authorities in the Department \u2026 in order to ensure that I know whether information or material within my knowledge or control that I have reason to believe might be SCI,\u201d the agreement says.<\/p>\n The Clinton campaign did not immediately respond to a request for comment on the NDA.<\/p>\n According to government security experts, the type of information that receives a TS\/SCI designation is sensitive enough that most senior government officials would immediately recognize it as such.<\/p>\n \u201cTS\/SCI is very serious and specific information that jumps out at you and screams \u2018classified,\u2019\u201d Larry Mrozinski, a former U.S. counterterrorism official, told the New York Post<\/em><\/a> in August. \u201cIt\u2019s hard to imagine that in her position she would fail to recognize the obvious.\u201d<\/p>\n Additional emails on Clinton\u2019s server contained information that was \u201cborn classified,\u201d according to J. William Leonard, who directed the U.S. Information Security Oversight Office from 2002 to 2008.<\/p>\n \u201cIf a foreign minister just told the secretary of state something in confidence, by U.S. rules that is classified at the moment it\u2019s in U.S. channels and U.S. possession,\u201d Leonard told Reuters<\/a> in August.<\/p>\n Clinton\u2019s NDA spells out stiff criminal penalties for \u201cany unauthorized disclosure of SCI.\u201d The FBI is currently investigating whether Clinton\u2019s private email server violated any federal laws.<\/p>\n In addition to her SCI agreement, Clinton signed a separate NDA<\/a> for all other classified information. It contains similar language, including prohibiting \u201cnegligent handling of classified information,\u201d requiring her to ascertain whether information is classified and laying out criminal penalties.<\/p>\n It adds, \u201cI will never divulge classified information to anyone unless: (a) I have officially verified that the recipient has been properly authorized to receive it; or (b) I have been given prior written notice of authorization\u201d from the proper authorizes.<\/p>\n Cheryl Mills<\/a>\u00a0and Huma Abedin<\/a>, Clinton\u2019s two top aides, also signed copies of the classified information NDA.<\/p>\nClinton Signed NDA Laying Out\u00a0Criminal Penalties for Mishandling of Classified Info<\/h2>\n
