When AI and Transhumanism Meet in the Laboratory<\/h2>\n

\nFor those who are unaware there is a major underground movement afoot\u00a0known as transhumanisn. \u00a0Within this movement are found various thought leaders and prominent scientists who have been using thier positions of power and platforms of influence to aggressively promote this highly misguided agenda.<\/p>\n

For all of these so-called pioneers, there is one admonishment above them all which is particularly prophetic and prescient. \u00a0As follows:<\/p>\n

If there is one area in particular\u00a0where unbridled scientific research has crossed the line into the domain of the divine, it is artificial intelligence (AI).\u00a0\u00a0There are now many burgeoning fields which utilize AI\u00a0applied technology and\u00a0transhumanistic scientific\u00a0experimentation. \u00a0Many of these\u00a0endeavors are pursuing\u00a0a\u00a0seamless fusion between\u00a0AI\u00a0and transhumanism. \u00a0Because they are\u00a0being rapidly advanced with\u00a0the help of supercomputers, these risky experiments represent the most slippery scientific\u00a0slope on the planet today.<\/p>\n

Hence, it can be said with utmost certainty that these AI\u00a0scientists\u00a0proceed at their own\u00a0peril. Unfortunately, for the rest of humanity, the leadership and actions of just a few transhumanist scientists will have highly consequential\u00a0impacts on the entire planetary civilization.<\/p>\n

Futurist and Google exec Ray Kurzweil thinks that once we have robotic implants, we’ll be funnier, sexier and more loving. Because that’s what artificial intelligence can do for you.<\/p>\n

Technically Incorrect offers a slightly twisted take on the tech that’s taken over our lives.<\/em><\/p>\n

I suspect a few of you are looking forward to being robots.<\/p>\n

Who wouldn’t be fascinated by the idea of becoming someone other than themselves? We do get so tired of being the same dull soul every day.<\/p>\n

What kind of robots will we be? Happily, I can provide an answer. For living inside my head all day have been the words of Google’s director of engineering, Ray Kurzweil.<\/p>\n

For more than a curt while, he’s been keen on humans going over to the bright side. He’s predicted that humans will be hybrid robots by 2030<\/a>.<\/p>\n

But what will this be like? More importantly, what will this feel<\/em> like? Are you ready to engage what’s left of your humorous humanity when I offer you the information that Kurzweil believes we’re going to be quite wonderful people when we’re part robot?<\/p>\n
