Just Guess How President Obama Says He Heard About Hillary Clinton\u2019s Private Email Account<\/a><\/p>\n

It is well worth repeating: How does the POTUS not know that his Secretary of State is exclusively utilizing a private and unsecured email server to conduct the most sensitive and secret business of the U.S. Federal Government? \u00a0The Benghazi disaster alone ought to sensitize the reader to just how CLASSIFIED<\/strong> every email would necessarily be, which was sent to and from the Secretary of State before, during and after that tragic episode.<\/p>\n

It is now commonly understood by most Americans that the Obama Administration is the most lawless and rule-breaking in U.S. history. \u00a0Hillary’s Emailgate<\/em> is a perfect example of this now institutionalized illicit conduct. \u00a0 It appears that Clinton’s Emailgate<\/em> has now embroiled the White House in what many have indicated is a real scandal on an order considerably greater than Nixon’s Watergate<\/em>. \u00a0One really wonders if Obama understands the gravity of his stunning admission of ignorance in the preceding video.<\/p>\n

That a Secretary of State effectively ran her own secret parallel government while the President was AWOL is quite typical for this Administration. \u00a0However, the true facts are being released ever so slowly so that all the co-conspirators in this scandal will eventually reveal themselves. \u00a0By their actions and omissions will each collaborator distinguish themselves and their role in this monumental mess.<\/p>\n

In the end this unfolding predicament could very well prove to be Obama’s Watergate<\/em>. Perhaps it was destiny — and karma — that Hillary Clinton would perform the act of betrayal which may just bring down this Administration. \u00a0Particularly after she was fired as Watergate counsel for attempting to refuse President Nixon legal counsel during the impeachment discussions did she establish a pattern of highly inappropriate conduct during the official execution of her duties.<\/p>\n

Now it remains to be seen whether her quite obvious server mismanagement and shocking email negligence were perpetrated by design; or because of the calculated desire to avoid White House scrutiny of the Clinton Foundation’s extraordinary involvement with the affairs of State. Truly, no Secretary of State has ever permitted their spouse to use that office as a personal business entity.<\/p>\n

Everything from soliciting huge donations from foreign dignitaries to establishing footprints in oppressed nations, from securing foundation endorsements from heads of state to greasing the wheels for questionable ‘charitiable’ initiatives. \u00a0The Clinton Foundation has done it all while using Hillary’s office at every turn to generate massive donations, as well as increase its donor base.<\/p>\n

As for the slowly evolving Emailgate<\/em>\u00a0proceedings, only the Trey Gowdys of the world know what the real objectives are. \u00a0Will the House Committee be content to apprehend only Clinton et al.? \u00a0Or, will their trap catch Obama & Company as well?<\/p>\n

Only when Senator Howard Baker’s famous\u00a0Watergate<\/em> question has been asked and answered will the true direction of the House investigation be known:<\/p>\n

“What did the President know and when did he know it?”<\/strong><\/h3>\n

It is only in this context that the following headline and article can be properly understood. \u00a0That the DOJ would plead such a ridiculous case is a testament to just how BIG Emailgate<\/em>\u00a0really is. \u00a0And, how much bigger it is likely to become.<\/p>\n

DOJ to Judge: Hillary Right to Have Private Account, Delete Emails<\/h1>\n

Lawyers with the Justice Department on Thursday told a federal court that Hillary Clinton had the legal right to use her own email account and broke no laws in how she handled those messages, The Washington Times is reporting.<\/b><\/span><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

The lawyers defended the former secretary of state in a legal filing, saying they have no right to order Clinton to turn over any more emails or documents than those she has already given back to the government.<\/span><\/p>\n

“There is no question that Secretary Clinton had authority to delete personal emails without agency supervision \u2014 she appropriately could have done so even if she were working on a government server,” the DOJ lawyers said, according to the Times. “Under policies issued by both the National Archives and Records Administration (\u2018NARA\u2019) and the State Department, individual officers and employees are permitted and expected to exercise judgment to determine what constitutes a federal record.”<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/b>Clinton used her private email account and home server in lieu of the official government email system while she served as top diplomat from 2009 to 2013.<\/span><\/p>\n

Judicial Watch, which has filed several law suits and records requests regarding Clinton’s emails said the administration is ignoring its own rules.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cIndeed, the State Department\u2019s own rules specify that personal records of a departing presidential appointee may not be removed from the government until the State Department \u2018records officer in cooperation with the S\/ES or appropriate administrative office\u2019 approves of the removal, a process which \u2018generally requires a hands-on examination of the materials,\u2019 \u201d Judicial Watch said to the Times.<\/span><\/p>\n

Clinton apologized Tuesday for using a private email server while secretary of state, calling the decision, which has dogged her Democratic presidential bid, a “mistake.”<\/span><\/p>\n

The Democratic frontrunner, who is facing eroding support, has long dismissed the email uproar as a manufactured imbroglio.<\/span><\/p>\n

But in an interview Tuesday evening, Clinton told ABC’s “World News Tonight” that she took full responsibility for the episode, which she regretted.<\/span><\/p>\n

“That was a mistake. I’m sorry about that. I take responsibility,” she told the news network.<\/span><\/p>\n

Until Tuesday, Clinton had demurred from issuing a direct apology.<\/span><\/p>\n

“I certainly wish that I had made a different choice,” Clinton said last week, adding that she was “sorry” that the controversy was “confusing” for the public.<\/span><\/p>\n

Clinton has maintained that during her tenure at the State Department she “did not send or receive any information that was marked classified at the time.”<\/span><\/p>\n

She also added that “everyone” she had emailed with, including “people in the White House, of course across the State Department,” knew that she was using a personal email account.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Federal Bureau of Investigation is examining the server to determine whether the arrangement has compromised government secrets. <\/span><\/p>\n
