Former US congressman and presidential candidate Ron Paul has said that the Central Intelligence Agency is a \u201csecret government\u201d that may be involved in \u201cdomestic assassinations.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n \u201cThey are a secret government,\u201d he said during his program \u201cRon Paul Liberty Report\u201d on Monday.
