In the first United Nations conference outside New York City in the united States of America, the UN took over Salt Palace in Salt\u00a0Lake<\/span>\u00a0City, Utah and claimed it was \u201cinternational territory.\u201d\u00a0 In the process, the were shutting down a journalist\u2019s rights to\u00a0video.<\/p>\n
