LOS ANGELES \u2013 October 17, 2019 \u2013 It has been nearly 1-1\/2 years since the May 2018 Kilauea volcano eruption and consequential events, yet while most ground opening fissures have subsided, many still exist molten active bursting through the surface where trees and more are seen burning.<\/span><\/p>\n

Strangely, officials today persist in misleading residents with more than just a notion of \u2018recovery\u2019. Now \u2018redevelopment\u2019 and \u2018planning\u2019 are underway in Puna politics on the big island of Hawaii\u2019s chain of smaller islands.<\/span><\/p>\n

Puna is also specifically where the ORMAT TECHNOLOGIES, INC. Puna Geothermal Venture ( PGV ) has begun paving its new roads to re-open, to return to drilling and fracking volcano geothermal energy it was converting as an electricity utility until its deep dark dirty secrets began being largely exposed in 2018.<\/span><\/p>\n

Regardless of the 2018 ORMAT PGV over-drilling of its bore-holes, resulting in drilling too deep, which punctured a sub-surface lava tube feed of the Kilauea volcano, until it was too late.<\/span><\/p>\n

Magma from the Kilauea volcano primary upper chamber was subseque<\/span>ntly drained out and consequently over-ran giant swaths of Hawaii\u2019s Puna real estate property forcing evacuations of hundreds of residential homes, which caused thousands of people to become displaced, economically ruined and other pain and suffering.<\/p>\n

Why? Foolish ORMAT PGV drilling practices, ignoring safety regulations, overall disregard for surrounding residents by the company, management and employee oversight driven blind by greedy ambition for the sake of profitability.<\/span><\/p>\n

A geothermal utility business that wasn\u2019t reeled in until nothing remained as it once was.<\/span><\/p>\n

Bottomline? Dangerous businesses need to stop ruining Hawaii, which can no longer be \u2018fixed\u2019 back to the way it used to be. There is no way to correct the ORMAT PGV disaster created while Hawaii continues getting worse.<\/span><\/p>\n

Hawaii Volcano Underlying Infrastructure Breeched \u2013<\/span><\/p>\n

They ( ORMAT and PGV ) are not gods. No human being can \u2018restore\u2019 or \u2018redevelop\u2019 an entire subterranean volcano lava chambers and lava tube network infrastructure system after it was breached in 2018, and \u2018everyone\u2019 needs to get \u2018that understanding\u2019 riveted in their mind so, they can begin evacuating while they still can; unless, they have a death wish \u2013 as it most certainly \u2018will\u2019 become.<\/span><\/p>\n

While some may perceive my report as a de facto or de jure \u2018Chicken Little\u2019 story, I highly recommend you begin in-depth research with 50-years of experience in government \u2018good ole boy\u2019 contracts where one hand feeds the other for \u2018material gains\u2019 and \u2018global industrial dominance\u2019 over less knowledgeable people en-masse, and only \u2018then\u2019 will more people begin to awaken to the fact that they voted-in nothing more than corruptible bureaucrats who accepted the brown envelopes stuffed with cash rather than lose power over others.<\/span><\/p>\n

Novel A.I. Notion To Protect Life Overall \u2013<\/span><\/p>\n

Anti-Corruption A.I.? To fix this type of human life-threatening corruption is to begin considering the allowance of \u2018Artificial Intelligence decision-makers\u2019 programmed with a \u2018prime directive\u2019 to \u2018protect masses of human beings\u2019 over only a few.<\/span><\/p>\n

What Hawaii Should Be Concerned About \u2013<\/span><\/p>\n

They\u2019re likely to encounter a big unfortunate surprise headed their way though.<\/span><\/p>\n

What few, if any residents know, are the recent discoveries I\u2019ve just completed researching that proves both \u2018political officials\u2019 and \u2018businesses\u2019 do \u2018not\u2019 want citizens knowing any \u2018negative news\u2019; even though it is the same greedy people who have all decided to gamble-away lives along with over $63,000,000 million dollars in federal national, state and local hard-earned taxpayer monies via a long list of grants designed to stimulate \u2018redevelopment of Puna\u2019, and hush-hush side-line private placement program ( PPP ) investments going on behind the scenes.<\/span><\/p>\n

All this is going on at a time when everyone should really be abandoning such notions to seriously consider evacuating the entire island at-least until other far more critically dangerous measures can be fixed to better determine if the island is even going to settle down for a while.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the meantime, it might allow USGS to effectuate the much-needed repairs on its sensor equipment that cannot now even provide any full picture for them to even know what is actually occurring in and around the Kilauea crater.<\/span><\/p>\n

So, while lives continue to remain even-more at-risk, politicians are focused on spending hard-earned taxpayer\u2019s monies for \u2018rebuilding their infrastructure\u2019 more-so, instead of seriously considering \u2018repairing or even improving scientific devices, systems and monitoring equipment\u2019.<\/span><\/p>\n

Why Hawaii Residents Consider Leaving \u2013<\/span><\/p>\n

As multiple subtle signs continue growing out-of-control, no mainstream news coverage broadcasts surround geological facts now on up-ticks seeing no future of settling down anytime soon, which include:<\/span><\/p>\n

#1.<\/span><\/p>\n

August 27, 2019<\/span><\/p>\n

USGS scientist Don Swanson explains why researchers are so interested in the 70 meter deep water pool growing from a \u2018pond\u2019 into a small \u2018lake\u2019 near the center of the Halema\u2019uma\u2019u Crater pit within the Kilauea volcano on the big island of Hawaii.<\/span><\/p>\n

Currently, approximately 70 meters of \u2018green colored water\u2019 claimed by USGS to be \u2018ground water\u2019 is filling the bottom of the Kilauea volcano crater where an additional 70 meters of water is expected.<\/span><\/p>\n

USGS scientist Don Swanson describes an expected explosive event to occur once magma rises quickly to geothermally react magmatic heat pressurizing water in-to a \u2018geohydrothermal explosive volcanic eruption\u2019 based on the history of Kilauea.<\/span><\/p>\n

#2.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Kilauea volcano enormously large and heavy lava shelf that began being stacked-up and spread-out through the SouthWest Rift Zone ( SWRZ ) as well as the even-larger East Rift Zone ( ERZ ) all the way into the Pacific Ocean area throughout 2018 through 2019 piling up lava on top-of-the weakened Hilina Slump suboceanic pinnacle.<\/span><\/p>\n

So heavy has the Hilina Slump pinnacle become heavily laden with lava stretches \u2018both Rift Zones\u2019 ( SWRZ and ERZ both running parallel to their shared coastline ) is being pulled toward the Pacific Ocean where the incredibly large area of the East Rift Zone is expected to rip apart 10% away-from the big island of Hawaii.<\/span><\/p>\n

Additionally, Hawaii\u2019s much larger Mauna Loa volcano is now \u2018rising up\u2019 on one side of its summit plus, has now very recently \u2018doubled the quantity numbers of earthquakes\u2019 with swarms spreading out toward Kilauea volcano that sits next to it.<\/span><\/p>\n

Abutting volcanos ( 2 ), Kilauea and Mauna Loa, where now so-much activity is currently occurring that USGS recently raised its alert level up one ( 1 ) full notch on its scales.<\/span><\/p>\n

#3.<\/span><\/p>\n

The combination of all of the aforementioned natural leading consequential indicators now actually raises Hawaii\u2019s catastrophic possibilities in the not too distant future, of:<\/span><\/p>\n

a. Mauna Loa volcano earthquakes are growing more toward intensifications where a forceful eruption is expected to take place;<\/span><\/p>\n

b. Kilauea volcano crater green water rising spells an eventual hydro-reactionary forced explosive eruption, the likes of which infrasonic concussion wave blast will precipitate a phreatic eruption; and,<\/span><\/p>\n

c. Puna lower rift zone and lava spread build-up atop the Hilina Slump pinnacle is expected to break-off 10% of the island geographic mass into the Pacific Ocean, and with such a forcefully large displacement of ocean water consequently bring-about the scientifically predicted tsunami; not only for the big island of Hawaii but other adjacent islands within the State of Hawaii chain of islands too.<\/span><\/p>\n

I humbly entreat reconsideration for anyone wishing to main on the big island of Hawaii because that state has not the wherewithal nor inclination to evacuate anyone, which is akin to those living in New Orleans, Louisiana adjacent to the Mississippi River delta at the Gulf of Mexico \u2018rebuilding\u2019 when they know\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>full-well that the next large hurricane is simply going to eventually flood them forcing their evacuation inland.<\/span><\/p>\n

The island of Hawaii has \u2018no quick nor suitable refuge inland\u2019 as mainland America does to quickly accommodate emergency exits for people.<\/span><\/p>\n

In Hawaii, people face very few passable roads to allow for evacuations to anything other than the ocean or an overcrowded airport where passenger airplanes cannot fly through the air where erupting volcanoes spew volcanic ash into the air where it clogs up aircraft engine turbines.<\/span><\/p>\n

October 15, 2019 sees officials speaking about money, grabbing grants and planning redevelopment; in essence, politics as usual.<\/span><\/p>\n

Some may decide to \u2018leave with their life\u2019, rather than \u2018gamble their life away on Hawaii\u2019s still dangerous areas.<\/span><\/p>\n
