Presidential candidate Rep.\u00a0Tulsi Gabbard<\/a><\/span>\u00a0(D-Hawaii) did not hold back Friday when responding to\u00a02016 nominee\u00a0Hilary Clinton<\/a>‘s suggestion that she\u00a0is the “favorite of the Russians” for 2020, excoriating the former secretary of State as “the queen of warmongers” and “personification of the rot that has sickened the Democratic Party.”<\/p>\n \u201cShe\u2019s the favorite of the Russians. They have a bunch of sites and bots and other ways of supporting her, so far,\u201d\u00a0Clinton had told<\/a> David Plouffe, host of the podcast \u201cCampaign HQ,\u201d and the campaign manager for former President Obama\u2019s 2008 campaign.<\/p>\n While the former\u00a0first lady and New York senator\u00a0didn’t refer to Gabbard by name, it was clear that she was going after the Hawaii congresswoman, who has had to repeatedly deny\u00a0accusations of being a Russian asset.<\/p>\n Through a series of tweets, Gabbard went right at Clinton, calling her the “embodiment of corruption” among the Democratic Party establishment.<\/p>\n “From the day I announced my candidacy, there has been a\u00a0concerted campaign to destroy my reputation,” Gabbard\u00a0said.<\/p>\n “We wondered who was behind it and why.
