Former White House communications director\u00a0Anthony Scaramucci<\/a><\/span>\u00a0denounced President Trump<\/a><\/span>\u00a0early Sunday, arguing that he would eventually turn on everyone in his circle.<\/p>\n “For the last 3 years I have fully supported this President,” Scaramucci said on Twitter. “Recently he has said things that divide the country in a way that is unacceptable. So I didn\u2019t pass the 100% litmus test. Eventually he turns on everyone and soon it will be you and then the entire country.”<\/p>\n The comments from Scaramucci came less than 24 hours after\u00a0Trump railed against<\/a>\u00a0the former White House aide over his recent comments about the administration.<\/p>\n Scaramucci last week called Trump’s visit to El Paso, Texas, to meet with survivors of a mass shooting a “catastrophe.”<\/p>\n “Anthony Scaramucci, who was quickly terminated (11 days) from a position that he was totally incapable of handling, now seems to do nothing but television as the all time expert on ‘President Trump,’ ” Trump\u00a0tweeted late Saturday night<\/a>.<\/p>\n He added that Scaramucci “knows very little about me other than the fact that this Administration has probably done more than any other Administration in its first 2 1\/2 years of existence.”<\/p>\n “Anthony, who would do anything to come back in, should remember the only reason he is on TV, and it\u2019s not for being the Mooch!” Trump said.<\/p>\n Scaramucci was ousted from his job as White House communications director in July 2017 after a chaotic 11-day stint. In the years since, he hasn’t hesitated to criticize the administration while appearing on television talk shows.<\/p>\n \u201cMaybe he\u2019ll tweet something negative about somebody for saying he didn\u2019t do well, but the facts are he did not do well on the trip because if the trip is being made about him and not the demonstration of compassion and love and caring and empathy for those people, then it becomes a catastrophe for him, the administration, and it\u2019s also a bad reflection on the country,”\u00a0Scaramucci said on MSNBC on Thursday.<\/p>\n After Trump attacked four minority congresswoman last month, Scaramucci said the president\u00a0could be “turning into” a racist.<\/p>\n “I don’t think the president is a racist,” Scaramucci\u00a0said on BBC’s “Today.<\/a>” “But here’s the thing, if you continue to say and act in that manner, then we all have to look at him and say, OK, well, maybe you weren’t a racist, but now you’re turning into one.”<\/p>\n
