Is Hillary Clinton waiting for Joe Biden to collapse so she can launch another yet campaign for president?<\/p>\n
The failed 2016 candidate got a plum speaking spot before the Harris County Democratic Party in Texas yesterday, and she seemed newly energized to take on Trump and his policies.<\/p>\n
At times yelling so loudly that the audio equipment malfunctioned, Clinton berated the president and Republican proposals to secure the border.<\/p>\n

\u201cOh, wow!\u201d she began as thunderous applause greeted her appearance.<\/p>\n
She said organizers claimed it was the largest event they\u2019d ever had, and perhaps the biggest gathering of Democrats in the state\u2019s history.<\/p>\n
Hillary denounced heartbeat bills in Alabama, Georgia and other states, claiming they would penalize women and doctors \u201cmore than rapists.\u201d<\/p>\n
She admitted that there is a \u201chumanitarian crisis\u201d on the southern border and it has been unfolding \u201cfor more than a year.\u201d<\/p>\n
Clinton lamented the deaths of children dragged through the desert by adults who may or may not be their parent \u2014 but said nothing about kids who die at the hands of migrants illegally in America.<\/p>\n
\u201cSix children that we know of have died in our government\u2019s custody. And what is being done to ensure that never, ever happens again? And what\u2019s more, why are we only learning about this eight months after the fact?\u201d she said.<\/p>\n
\u201cWhat else is being hidden from the American people?\u201d she accused.<\/p>\n
Clinton said the large group of candidates running for the Democrat nomination is \u201ca sign of healthy optimism.\u201d<\/p>\n
She then shifted into stump speech mode, rattling off a series of talking points as only a candidate can. She ticked off a list of \u201cbold ideas,\u201d mentioning good paying jobs, retirement security, quality healthcare.<\/p>\n
\u201cI think it\u2019s a bold idea to make the rich pay their fair share!\u201d a visibly angry Clinton bellowed as the crowd went wild.<\/p>\n
\u201cI think it\u2019s a bold idea to enforce our laws and protect our Constitution!\u201d she yelled.<\/p>\n
Moments after shouting about the \u201cconstitutional crisis\u201d she says Trump has created, the microphone peaked due to volume overload.<\/p>\n
The audience didn\u2019t mind \u2014 fans responded with loud approval.<\/p>\n
Clinton ripped Trump \u201cand his cronies\u201d for promoting what she said was a \u201cdoctored\u201d video of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi stammering through a press conference.<\/p>\n
\u201cNow it is sexist trash,\u201d she declared.<\/p>\n
\u201cBut it is also a sign that Trump is running scared.\u201d<\/p>\n
After the roughly 24-minute address, Houston Democrats responded with a standing ovation.<\/p>\n
