autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Gore was the Chairman of the Commerce, Science and Transportation Committee.\u00a0 \u00a0He led the Congressional Delegation that went to the Rio Summit because there were two\u00a0<em><strong>treaties<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0under consideration plus a third agreement concerning the management of forests.<\/p>\n<p>The significance of what Al Gore said can\u2019t be overstated.\u00a0 At the time Gore did this interview, the organizing principle for the world was nation-states.\u00a0 Nation-states were sovereign \u2013 deciding their own economic and natural resource policies.\u00a0 The two treaties for Climate Change and Biodiversity were transferring sovereignty to collectivist global control by contract (treaty) essentially.\u00a0 Treason by treaty.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Global Economics<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>About a week before Gore\u2019s appearance on C-Span, MIT Professor Lester Thurow was the guest on Booknotes to talk about his new book:\u00a0<em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Head-Coming-Economic-Battle-America-ebook\/dp\/B00LS7SNMG\/ref=sr_1_2?keywords=Lester+thurow&amp;qid=1553606152&amp;s=books&amp;sr=1-2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Head-to-Head: The Coming Economic Battle Among Japan, Europe and America<\/a><\/em>.\u00a0 Thurow explains the global economy and he offers the suggestion that what the United States needs to do is improve skills training at the bottom of the workforce.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Lester Thurow MIT\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/PFxDpn7XzbA?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<p>It\u2019s an absurd conclusion to the problem of the global economy as he describes it.\u00a0 Thurow was simply adding the imprimatur of MIT to the strategy defined by the\u00a0<em><a href=\"https:\/\/files.eric.ed.gov\/fulltext\/ED290887.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Workforce 2000: Work and Workers for the 21st Century<\/a><\/em>\u00a0commissioned by Labor Secretary William Brock, published in 1987.\u00a0 Brock had been the U.S. Trade Representative at the time the Uruguay Round of trade was kicked off which would lead to the establishment of the World Trade Organization in 1995.\u00a0 The Workforce 2000 report was equally absurd in conclusion at the time it was published.\u00a0 Brock incidentally was from Tennessee same as Al Gore. You can read more about him and the labor game\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.channelingreality.com\/Digital_Treason\/wicee_war_part_2.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">HERE<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Business Groups<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The most significant piece of information from Lester Thurow was the Singapore meeting between Japanese and German business groups in 1990 recalling that Japan and Germany were allied against the western powers during World War II.\u00a0 In 1989, the Berlin Wall came down, the two Germanys were reunited and in 1990 the Cold War was declared over.\u00a0 Germany was set to dominate the European economy and apparently Japan was re-establishing the pre-World War II alliance against the United States \u2013 but with the battlefield being economic and with technology as the weapon.\u00a0 \u00a0The Japanese business group was led by Mitsubishi and the German business group was led by Deutche Bank and Daimler-Benz.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Technology:\u00a0 Dual Use \u2013 Dual Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In 1990, President George H.W. Bush announced a\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/thetechnocratictyranny.com\/history\/north-american-union\/paradigm-shift\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">new paradigm<\/a>\u00a0in transportation as an element of a new transportation system for the United States.\u00a0 Not coincidentally, the European Commission announced the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/thetechnocratictyranny.com\/superhighways\/prometheus\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Trans-European Networks plan (Transport, Energy, Telecommunications \u2013 TEN-T)<\/a>\u00a0under the umbrella of the transportation system in the same year.\u00a0 \u00a0The\u00a0<strong>E<\/strong>uropean\u00a0<strong>R<\/strong>oad\u00a0<strong>T<\/strong>ransport Telematics\u00a0<strong>I<\/strong>mplementation\u00a0<strong>C<\/strong>oordination\u00a0<strong>O<\/strong>rganization (ERTICO) was founded in 1991 as a multi-sector, public-private partnership pursuing development and deployment of ITS \u2013 Intelligent Transport Systems and Services.<\/p>\n<p>Getting back to Al Gore, recall that Senator Gore was the Chairman of the Senate Commerce, Science and Transportation Committee in Congress.\u00a0 As Chairman of the Committee, Al Gore was responsible for the legislation titled\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.channelingreality.com\/NWO_WTO\/Global_Information_Infrastructure.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">High Performance Computing Act of 1991<\/a>\u00a0to fund and build a national \u2013 which turned into a global information infrastructure.\u00a0 \u00a0The following are highlights from his\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/govinfo.library.unt.edu\/npr\/library\/status\/bios\/gore.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">senate biography<\/a>:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element vc_custom_1553619271582\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<p>Vice President Gore also is a nationally recognized leader on technology.\u00a0<strong>When he was a member of the U.S. Senate, Gore introduced and steered to passage the High Performance Computing Act to create a national, high-speed computer network <\/strong><strong>and increase research and development of high-performance technologies.<\/strong>\u00a0That legislation was signed into law in 1991, and is now part of\u00a0<strong>President Clinton\u2019s technology and economic plan<\/strong>, the National Information Infrastructure, to help move the United States into the 21st Century.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element vc_custom_1553619271582\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<p>To help strengthen and support democracy and economic development in countries throughout the world,\u00a0<strong>Vice President Gore proposed the development of a Global Information Infrastructure.<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>He led the U.S. delegation to the inauguration of the first freely elected President of South Africa, Nelson Mandela, and has worked closely with Russian Prime Minister Viktor Chernomyrdin to build a partnership between the two former adversaries.<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>The Gore-Chernomyrdin Commission was formed by Presidents Clinton and Yeltsin to foster economic cooperation between their nations, particularly on the issues of space cooperation, business, science and technology, defense conversion, energy and the environment. His leadership was critical in getting passage through Congress of the historic North American Free Trade Agreement.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<p>The National Information Superhighway as they dubbed it was a prerequisite for the new paradigm in transportation systems announced by President Bush in 1990 and it mirrors the European TEN-T system.\u00a0 Linking the systems would require a Global Information Infrastructure.\u00a0 The punch line is that it was Congressman\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Norman_Mineta\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Norman Mineta<\/a>\u00a0who authored the transportation legislation, Intermodal Surface Transportation Efficiency Act of 1991 which was the first legislation for the new paradigm in transportation systems.\u00a0 Mineta was the Congressman for the California district that included San Jose.\u00a0 Recall that Mikhail Gorbachev gave a speech in San Jose in 1993 and the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/thetechnocratictyranny.com\/corruption\/from-swords-to-plowshares\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Mayor of San Jose, Tom McEnery<\/a>\u00a0wrote a book titled The New City-State.\u00a0 That idea combined with the intermodal transportation design and the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.c-span.org\/video\/?26405-1\/enterprise-zones\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">enterprise zones<\/a>, you have all of the cannibalizing agents in place for the break up of the United States with technology systems in place to control the territory and the people after the fall.<\/p>\n<p>Now turn your attention back to the Rio Summit.\u00a0 On\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.c-span.org\/video\/?32561-1\/united-nations-convention-climate-change\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">September 18, 1992<\/a>, the U.S. Senate Foreign Relations Committee held a hearing on the Climate Change Treaty.\u00a0 Al Gore testified at this hearing.\u00a0 In the clip of this hearing, you\u2019ll hear about Germany (Europe) and Japan and technology related to the environment, but the real story is technology for the conquer of the United States via the transportation system thereby meeting the goal of Maurice Strong to destroy the standard of living of the U.S. middle class \u2013 dropping us to third world standards.
