Nuts.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cYou seem determined to prove my point,\u201d\u00a0Conway continued<\/a>. \u201cGood for you! #NarcissisticPersonalityDisorder.\u201d<\/p>\n Conway, a persistent Trump critic, drew Trump\u2019s ire over the weekend when he questioned the president\u2019s mental health.<\/p>\n \u201cHis condition is getting worse,\u201d Conway\u00a0tweeted<\/a>\u00a0after posting sections of the \u201cDiagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders\u201d to his Twitter feed. Earlier this month, Conway\u00a0called for a \u201cserious inquiry\u201d<\/a>\u00a0into Trump\u2019s state of mind.<\/p>\n \u201cHave we ever seen this degree of brazen, pathological mendacity in American public life?\u201d Conway tweeted. \u201cAt any level of government in this country, in any party, have we ever seen anything like this? It\u2019s beyond politics. It\u2019s nuts. It\u2019s a disorder.\u201d<\/p>\n He added: \u201cWhether or not impeachment is in order, a serious inquiry needs to be made about this man\u2019s condition of mind.\u201d<\/p>\n On Tuesday, Conway shared with Trump a link to a Rolling Stone article titled \u201cTrump\u2019s Mental Health: Is Pathological Narcissism the Key to Trump\u2019s Behavior?<\/a>\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cOnce someone understands narcissistic personality disorder, they understand you,\u201d Conway wrote. \u201cAnd why you\u2019re unfit and incompetent for the esteemed office you temporarily hold.\u201d<\/p>\n In his\u00a0\u201cSkullduggery\u201d interview<\/a>, Conway admitted he wept with joy and pride on election night while reflecting on how Kellyanne Conway helped engineer Trump\u2019s upset victory over Hillary Clinton.<\/p>\n \u201cLook, my wife did an amazing thing,\u201d he said. \u201cShe basically got this guy elected.\u201d<\/p>\n Conway\u00a0told the Washington Post<\/a>\u00a0this week that he remained proud of his wife and was not \u201cjealous\u201d of her. But he also said that he wished she did not work for the White House.<\/p>\n He also said tweeting about Trump actually helps his marriage.<\/p>\n \u201cThe mendacity, the incompetence, it\u2019s just maddening to watch. The tweeting is just the way to get it out of the way, so I can get it off my chest and move on with my life that day,\u201d he said. \u201cThat\u2019s basically it. Frankly, it\u2019s so I don\u2019t end up screaming at her about it.\u201d<\/p>\n The president expanded on his George Conway critique while speaking to reporters on the South Lawn on Wednesday afternoon.<\/p>\n \u201cI don\u2019t know him. He\u2019s a whack job,\u201d Trump said. \u201cI think he\u2019s doing a tremendous disservice to a wonderful wife.
