President Donald Trump mocked Beto O\u2019Rourke\u2019s presidential run announcement Thursday, suggesting that the 2020\u00a0candidate might be crazy.<\/h2>\n

The president appeared to be commenting on O\u2019Rourke\u2019s\u00a0video<\/a>\u00a0released Thursday morning announcing his decision to run for president in 2020.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think he\u2019s got a lot of hand movement,\u201d Trump said. \u201cI\u2019ve never seen so much hand movement. I said, \u2018Is he crazy or is that just how he acts?\u2019 I\u2019ve never seen so much hand movement. I watched him a little while this morning\u2026 I\u2019ve actually never seen anything quite like it. Study it. I\u2019m sure you\u2019ll agree. \u201d<\/p>\n
