Corrupt Obama Judge Amy Berman Jackson Imposes Total Gag Order on Roger Stone Over Instagram Post<\/h1>\n

Longtime Trump advisor Roger Stone appeared before corrupt Obama-appointed Judge Amy Berman Jackson Thursday after she summoned him to court over an Instagram post.<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Roger Stone pleaded for his freedom Thursday and said on the witness stand, \u2018I am kicking myself over my own stupidity.\u2019<\/p>\n

Thursday, the judge\u00a0imposed a\u00a0total<\/em>\u00a0gag order on Roger Stone<\/a>\u00a0\u2014 the judge previously only limited Stone\u2019s gag order.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m not giving you another chance,\u201d the judge said, adding, \u201cI have serious doubts about whether you have learned any lesson at all.\u201d<\/p>\n

Judge Amy Berman Jackson then ruled, \u201cThe defendant may not speak publicly about the case. Period. He may not comment about the case indirectly.\u201d<\/p>\n

Amy Berman Jackson said she would jail Roger Stone until his trial if he defies her total gag order.<\/p>\n

\u201cViolation of this order will be a basis for revoking your bond and detaining you pending trial,\u201d she scolded. \u201cThis is not baseball. There will not be a third chance.\u201d<\/p>\n

Roger Stone is still allowed to fund raise and maintain he is innocent, however.<\/p>\n

On Tuesday, Judge Amy Berman Jackson ordered Roger Stone to appear in court this week to explain his since-deleted Instagram post where he slammed the judge assigned to his case.<\/p>\n

Roger\u00a0Stone shared an image of Judge Amy Berman Jackson<\/a>\u00a0with a neo-pagan symbol in the background \u2014 and the media immediately erupted and claimed Roger Stone was \u201csending a message\u201d to the judge by placing \u201ccrosshairs\u201d behind her head. (screenshot below)<\/p>\n

Roger Stone later \u201chumbly\u201d apologized for sharing the image on his Instagram page.<\/p>\n

\u201cA photo of Judge Jackson posted on my Instagram has been misinterpreted. This was a random photo taken from the Internet. Any inference that this was meant to somehow disrespect the Court is categorically false. What some say are crosshairs are in fact the logo of the organization that originally posted it something called corruption central. They use the logo in many photos.\u201d Stone said in a statement to ABC News.<\/p>\n

Roger Stone was exercising his First Amendment rights by criticizing Judge Amy Berman Jackson on Instagram, but Trump supporters don\u2019t have Constitutional rights in our two-tiered justice system.<\/p>\n
