They are stuck in the WYSIWYG mentality despite proof that is faulty logic.<\/p>\n<p>The current strategies in play by all sides of the war have been very effective in this information war. Many reading the news and updates in the alt media are confused and taken in by the subterfuge and players put in place to mislead, obstruct and distract.<\/p>\n<p>I don\u2019t think there\u2019s anything confusing about\u00a0<strong>this<\/strong>\u00a0measure, but I doubt most people bothered to look.<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019m confused, too. Why isn\u2019t this on every blog, website, video platform, Twitter, Facebook, MeWe, Reddit, and everywhere else?<\/p>\n<p>I consider this a resounding \u201cBoom!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Who does and does not promote this in the alt media will be very telling.<\/p>\n<p>THIS changes EVERYTHING. and<br \/>\n(11) impedes upward social mobility.<\/div>\n<div class=\"generated-html-container \">(b)\u00a0<span class=\"lbexSectionLevelOLCnuclear\">Findings Relating to Federal Payroll Taxes<\/span>.\u2014Congress finds further that the Social Security and Medicare payroll taxes and self-employment taxes\u2014<\/div>\n<div class=\"generated-html-container \">1) raise the cost of employment;<br \/>\n(2) destroy jobs and cause unemployment; and<br \/>\n(3) have a disproportionately adverse impact on lower income Americans.<br \/>\n(c)\u00a0<span class=\"lbexSectionLevelOLCnuclear\">Findings Relating to Federal Estate and Gift Taxes<\/span>.\u2014Congress finds further that the Federal estate and gift taxes\u2014<a id=\"H467454B89C034587ADDF2C67CB8BF7EC\"><\/a>(1) force family businesses and farms to be sold by the family to pay such taxes;<br \/>\n(2) discourage capital formation and entrepreneurship;<br \/>\n(3) foster the continued dominance of large enterprises over small family-owned companies and farms; and<br \/>\n(4) impose unacceptably high tax planning costs on small businesses and farms.<br \/>\n(d)\u00a0<span class=\"lbexSectionLevelOLCnuclear\">Findings Relating to National Sales Tax<\/span>.\u2014Congress finds further that a broad-based national sales tax on goods and services purchased for final consumption\u2014<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"generated-html-container \">1) is similar in many respects to the sales and use taxes in place in 45 of the 50 States;<br \/>\n(2) will promote savings and investment;<br \/>\n(3) will promote fairness;<br \/>\n(4) will promote economic growth;<br \/>\n(5) will raise the standard of living;<br \/>\n(6) will increase investment;<br \/>\n(7) will enhance productivity and international competitiveness;<br \/>\n(8) will reduce administrative burdens on the American taxpayer;<br \/>\n(9) will improve upward social mobility; and<br \/>\n(10) will respect the privacy interests and civil rights of taxpayers.<br \/>\n(e)\u00a0<span class=\"lbexSectionLevelOLCnuclear\">Findings Relating to Administration of National Sales Tax<\/span>.\u2014Congress further finds that\u2014<a id=\"HAA8727B5F70D46E2970A5FCEB55E62FA\"><\/a>(1) most of the practical experience administering sales taxes is found at the State governmental level;<br \/>\n(2) it is desirable to harmonize Federal and State collection and enforcement efforts to the maximum extent possible;<br \/>\n(3) it is sound tax administration policy to foster administration and collection of the Federal sales tax at the State level in return for a reasonable administration fee to the States;
