Washington (CNN)<\/cite>New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is defending her fellow new Democratic congresswoman, Michigan Rep. Rashida Tlaib, for using of profanity in referring to President Donald Trump.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

“Republican hypocrisy at its finest: saying that Trump admitting to sexual assault on tape is just ‘locker room talk,’ but scandalizing themselves into faux-outrage when my sis says a curse word in a bar,” Ocasio-Cortez wrote Saturday on Twitter, referring to Trump’s\u00a0lewd comments on a 2005 “Access\u00a0<\/a>Hollywood”\u00a0tape<\/a>\u00a0that surfaced during the 2016 campaign. “GOP lost entitlement to policing women’s behavior a long time ago. Next.”<\/div>\n
“I got your back,” she added in a tweet to Tlaib, “the Bronx and Detroit ride together.”<\/div>\n
