Judge admits Photoshopped Image as Evidence in Charlottesville Murder Trial<\/h1>\n

Stunned to discover that James Fields has been placed on trial and that\u00a0the judge has allowed a photoshopped image to be introduced as evidence<\/a>, I have written to the Commonwealth\u2019s Attorney for Charlottesville, the Clerk of the Court, the Office of the Attorney General of Virginia and other worthies in the hope that this grotesque miscarriage of justice might be averted. I no longer have any confidence in our alleged \u201csystem of justice\u201d.<\/p>\n

The situation here is completely obscene. James Fields was the patsy in a cleverly contrived political stunt. I have written repeatedly to the President of the University of Virginia, the faculty of the Department of History and to members of the City Council adducing proof that the events in Charlottesville were a charade, which was organized by the Mayor, the Governor and DNC officials and supporters, it appears, to promote their political agenda.<\/div>\n

Egad! I even wrote to Timothy Heaphy, former US Attorney, and explained to him that he had committed three blunders in his review of the case, which was picked up by several prominent sites, including\u00a0<\/span>\u201cIndependent Report on Charlottesville: Another Profoundly Flawed Investigation to Deceive the American People\u201d<\/a>\u00a0<\/span>(2017). I have published a book about it, with fifteen contributors, including six (current or retired) Ph.D. professors, which I will be glad to send to all who request a copy.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Here is an article that lays out the basic evidence in this case. I have been simply dumbfounded that no one at UVA, where I myself taught twice (from 1977-78 and Spring. 1984-85), has shown the least interest. I would be glad to serve as an expert witness to exonerate James Fields from accusations leveled against him. The case is absurd with two cars, two drivers and two (or more) crash scenarios.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

If I and my colleagues can sort this out, surely the Commonwealth\u2019s Attorney can put the pieces together\u2013and ought to have done so long before this man was put on trial. He is being exploited for political purposes. Kindly address the evidence we have published and take corrective action for the sake of truth and justice. My faith in UVA, Charlottesville and our alleged system of justice are severely shaken.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The New York Times\u00a0(20 May 2018)<\/a>, has published a classic \u201cfeel good\u201d story about a man who, we have been told, heroically saved a woman\u2019s life in Charlottesville, VA, where he was tossed into the air after being struck by a Dodge Challenger driven by James Alex Fields during the right-wing rally on 12 August 2017. It makes a great story, but unfortunately\u00a0none of it is true\u2013which means that our official\u00a0newspaper of record<\/a>, widely assumed to record the history of the United States, has yet again fallen victim to \u201cfake news\u201d, one more reflection of the dismal state of journalism in the nation today.<\/p>\n

Here are the key paragraphs of the story of love and marriage between Marcus Martin, widely heralded among the heroes of Charlottesville, and Marissa Blair, whom he is reported to have pushed out of the way and thereby saved her life, but where, according to\u00a0The Times,\u00a0to hear him tell it,\u00a0\u201cshe had already saved mine!\u201dThe problems here are several, including that James Alex Fields was not driving the car, but more importantly that this even included two cars, two drivers and at least two takes\u2013it was a fabricated, staged event\u2013and the photo awarded the Pulitzer was Photoshopped!<\/p>\n

Here\u2019s proof that the man driving the car was not James Alex Fields, a 20-year old said to have been diagnosed as a schizophrenic, but by a 32-year old military veteran who reported to command an Army Reserve Battalion in Ohio. Notice the differences in the shape and size of their skulls and that the driver is not wearing the heavy prescription glasses that James Alex Fields was photographed wearing earlier. The skill with which this vehicle backed away from the collision would have done credit to a NASCAR driver, as those who check the video record can ascertain for themselves:<\/p>\n

Which means that the video journalists who created these studies are more accurate in their reporting about Charlottesville than\u00a0The New York Times!\u00a0Anyone aware of the massive assault upon the public\u2019s right to publish and share their research\u2013which has assumed unprecedented proportions in scope and frequency to suppress information that exposes deceit and deception by the Deep State\u2013will not be surprised that\u00a0\u201cSome odd things about the event in Charlottesville\u201d<\/a>\u00a0is no longer available (but\u00a0appears to be still on-line under a different name<\/a>) but that\u00a0\u201cCharlottesville False Flag Theory\u2013Something strange is going on\u201d<\/a>\u00a0appears to have completely disappeared.<\/p>\n

The Pulitzer Winner was Photoshopped<\/b><\/h3>\n

Those who take the time to review the evidence know that the famous photograph showing Marcus Martin flying through the air was photoshopped. There appear to have been at least three takes with different arrangements of vehicles and protestors, where the final result\u2013published in\u00a0The New York Times\u00a0on its front page!\u2013was the outcome of photographic innovation, because the scene it depicts did not occur in Charlottesville. Here\u2019s a sampler of the photographic proof we have from multiple sources, which I have documented in\u00a0my edited volume of expert studies on Charlottesville (2017)<\/a>:<\/p>\n

Notice that here we have a single vehicle, with no others in the vicinity. Let\u2019s call this \u201cTake #1\u201d. In comparison with the Pulitzer-Prize winning photograph, there is no black Toyota pick-up to its right:<\/p>\n

Here\u2019s another, where the two vans had been parked at the intersection with no drivers in their seats for several minutes before the Dodge Challenger crashed into the vans to spare them crash injuries:<\/p>\n

<\/b>Notice the absence of the black Toyota pick-up from this version, which we can call \u201cTake #2\u201d. Thus, if there had been a real crash as the basis for the prize winner, it would have to qualify as \u201cTake #3\u201d.<\/p>\n

But it looks as though it was easier\u2013no doubt, much easier!\u2013to simply fake the photograph using the techniques of Photoshop, using several stunt men, one of whom can be seen here on the back Toyota:<\/p>\n

All of these images were readily available before YouTube began taking them down. Perhaps I am especially incensed by the corruption of\u00a0The New York Times\u2013where it\u2019s either too incompetent to be publishing on Charlottesville at all or complicit in the deception\u2013which might be the alternative explanation. I even wrote to the UVA Department of History and the UVA Administration about this.<\/p>\n

Email to the UVA Administration<\/b><\/h3>\n

On 19 August 2017, having published these discoveries on my blog and several other places, I wrote to more than 85 members of the Department of History at UVA, assuming\u2013mistakenly, it appears\u2013that they would care about the accuracy of reporting about events in the city in which Mr. Jefferson\u2019s University is situated. I heard back from exactly one,\u00a0Grace Elizabeth Hale,\u00a0Commonwealth Chair of American Studies and History, University of Virginia, who wrote, \u201cDear Jim,\u00a0I am embarrassed to hear you have any connection with this university.\u00a0 Do not send me any more email. Grace Hale\u201d.<\/p>\n

Undeterred, I continued to write to UVA\u2019s student newspaper staff,\u00a0The Daily Cavalier\u00a0(19 August 2017), to the President, the Provost and the Vice-Provost (21 August 2017), to the Charlottesville City Council (24 August 2017), and to several individual members, including Kathy Galvin, Wes Bellamy, Kristin Szakos and Bob Fenwick (all 24 August 2017), where Bob initially showed some interest but would decline to pursue it. All of these letters had the same format and content, which this one to the President, the Provost and the Vice-Provost of the University of Virginia exemplifies.<\/div>\n

Three Blunders in the Independent Report<\/h3>\n

No doubt, the 220-page\u00a0Independent Review of the 2017 Protest Events in Charlottesville, Virginia<\/a>, conducted by Former U.S. Attorney, Timothy Heaphy, (which you can download and read yourself) sounds very plausible on its face. In its preface, it claims to have made an exhaustive effort to put together a coherent narrative of the events that took place 11-12 August 2017,\u00a0 Charlottesville, VA. But those who had actually studied the evidence knew better, where I published a post about it,\u00a0\u201cThree Massive Blunders in the Independent Report on Charlottesville by Timothy Hephy\u201d<\/a>\u00a0(5 December 2017) here on my own blog.<\/p>\n

Like this new \u201cfeel good\u201d article in\u00a0The New York Times,\u00a0the Heaphy Report blunders (1) in falsely identifying the driver as James Alex Fields, (2) by asserting that Heather Heyer died in the car crash (when she died of a heart attack the following day), and (3) by asserting that two UVA State Troopers were killed in the crash of their chopper, when when we have photos and videos of them walking away from the crash site, still in flight uniforms.\u00a0The Times\u00a0not only takes Heather\u2019s death for granted but lauded praise upon her purported mother.<\/p>\n

But the blunder committed by\u00a0The New York Times\u00a0goes far beyond the fact that Heather was not killed in the car crash (where James Alex Fields was not the responsible driver) but that Susan Bro turns out to be a crisis actor, who made her debut at Sandy Hook playing the mother of a teacher who had allegedly died there as a victim of Adam Lanza, where the entire event, like Charlottesville, was scripted\u2013in that case, as a two-day FEMA drill presented to the public a real event. (For those who don\u2019t know the score, watch\u00a0\u201cSandy Hook Update\u201d<\/a>).<\/p>\n

<\/a><\/div>\n

What many may find most disgusting is that\u00a0The New York Times\u00a0stands as our nation\u2019s newspaper of record, yet much of what it publishes\u2013of which this is a sterling example\u2013qualifies as \u201cfake news\u201d! Either their reporters are incompetent and don\u2019t bother to research the stories they are publishing or\u2013worse yet, but more likely\u2013they know better but are vassals of The Deep State. Either way, the public would be better informed by spending its time on research about \u201cfalse flag\u201d events that comes from the independent media, because what it is being told by the mainstream media\u2013including the TV networks\u2013is mostly false.<\/p>\n
