Larry Klayman to Newmax TV: Mueller Illegally Leaking Grand Jury Information<\/h1>\n

Special Counsel Robert Mueller has been illegally leaking grand jury information, former federal prosecutor Larry Klayman told\u00a0Newsmax TV<\/a>\u00a0on Monday.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe have constant leaks of what\u2019s going on in the grand jury, and it can\u2019t just be witnesses who are coming forward, because much of it is internal,\u201d said Klayman, who is founder of Freedom Watch and one of Mueller\u2019s most vocal critics.<\/p>\n

Klayman stressed that it is a crime to release grand jury information to the public \u201cbecause that\u2019s the way you can harm people who were never indicted for anything.\u201d<\/p>\n

He also insisted that the entire special counsel investigation is unconstitutional because Mueller has \u201cexceeded his authority granted to him by the Justice Department by going way beyond Russian collusion into other things.”<\/p>\n

He added that it\u2019s also unconstitutional, because \u201cthere is no crime, so it is an investigation in search of a crime.\u201d<\/p>\n

Klayman said Trump\u2019s lawyers have made a mistake by not challenging the probe all the way to the Supreme Court<\/p>\n

Klayman warned that if Republican lose the House in the midterm election and Democrats take control, \u201cthere\u2019s going to be an inquisition the likes of which we have never seen.\u201d<\/p>\n
