The American B.A.R. Association<\/strong>\u00a0is a\u00a0Lawyer’s Union<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0a branch of the\u00a0National Lawyers Guild Communist Party.<\/strong>\u00a0Its\u00a0members are working in collusion with the European Royal and Elite to systematically undermine America.\u00a0 BAR Attorneys are \u2018Agents of a Foreign Power\u2019 who swear allegiance to that Foreign Power:\u00a0The Queen of England<\/strong>, which is why an Attorney must file a written\u00a0\u2018Notice of Appearance\u2019<\/strong>\u00a0in every court case he represents.\u00a0 By that Notice, the attorney is admitting to the Court that he is a\u00a0\u2018Foreign Agent\u2019<\/strong>\u00a0and that he is requesting permission to represent you in that Court.\u00a0 Did you ever wonder why Attorney\u2019s display an air of arrogance about them and generally only associate with other Attorney\u2019s?\u00a0 Well, it\u2019s because they are that arrogant and believe that they are superior!\u00a0 They rarely associate with non-attorney because they all have something in common and could be executed for Treason!\u00a0 Remember the 16th century proverb:<\/p>\n \u201cBirds of a feather,\u00a0flock together.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n Seems like a good object lesson for Police Officers to remember too!<\/strong><\/p>\n The same\u00a0Notice of Appearance<\/strong>, states that you have given your lawyer an irrevocable power of attorney, which is always used against your best interest!\u00a0 The lawyer cannot represent you without a power of attorney because he is a foreign agent. \u00a0Lawyers will never admit this and will always contend that they are Officers of the Court, which means absolutely nothing.<\/p>\n If you recall, the Court has\u00a0NO<\/strong>\u00a0jurisdiction over anyone until we give it jurisdiction by our\u00a0CONSENT<\/strong>!\u00a0 Contesting a suit; ignoring its process or by hiring a Lawyer are definite ways to grant consent.\u00a0 Few attorneys will ever admit any of these short comings or will ever tell you the whole truth.\u00a0 Is it any wonder that Jesus Christ:<\/p>\n \u2018Warned us not to trust lawyers or the money changers!\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n If you hire a Lawyer and give him your Power of Attorney, he will confess in his\u00a0Notice of Appearance<\/strong>\u00a0that the Court\u00a0now<\/strong>\u00a0has jurisdiction over\u00a0you<\/strong>\u00a0and that\u00a0you<\/strong>\u00a0will abide by whatever demands and judgments the Court imposes upon you!\u00a0 So much for winning any jurisdictional appeal!<\/p>\n The acronym:\u00a0B.A.R.,\u00a0<\/strong>stands for\u00a0British Accreditation Registry\u00a0<\/strong>(System).\u00a0 All American lawyers, upon admission to the\u00a0B.A.R.,<\/strong>\u00a0swear allegiance to the Queen and also swear to obey the Laws of God!\u00a0 Therefore, all practicing members of the American B.A.R. have violated their oaths by complying with and enforcing man-made legislation! \u00a0They all have committed Treason by utilizing America\u2019s Courts when they have surrendered their citizenship and swore allegiance to a foreign Monarch.\u00a0 All of their actions are about undermining America for money and position.<\/p>\n Treason, greed and fraud compounded by more fraud!<\/strong><\/p>\n The American B.A.R. Association<\/strong>\u00a0is actually a branch of the\u00a0National Lawyers Guild Communist Party<\/strong>,\u00a0which can\u00a0only<\/strong>\u00a0be located in the hard copy printing of\u00a028 USC 3002, section 15a<\/strong>.\u00a0 The on-line version of Title 28 USC has been altered to read something entirely different, apparently because this fact has shown up in too many private court petitions and private memorandums of law.<\/p>\n
