Ford claims &#8220;there is zero chance that I would confuse him.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/stateofthenation2012.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/kav-garrett-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-104792\" src=\"https:\/\/stateofthenation2012.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/kav-garrett-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"258\" srcset=\"https:\/\/stateofthenation2012.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/kav-garrett-2.jpg 500w, https:\/\/stateofthenation2012.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/kav-garrett-2-300x155.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/a>And earlier Wednesday, another Kavanaugh accuser &#8211; Julie Swetnick, had an ominous cloud of doubt cast over her allegation that the Supreme Court nominee and a friend were operating a date-rape &#8220;gang bang&#8221; operation at 10 high school parties she attended as a legal adult three years older than Kavanaugh (yet didn&#8217;t report once).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.politico.com\/story\/2018\/09\/26\/ex-boyfriend-filed-restraining-order-against-kavanaugh-accuser-845348\"><em>Politico<\/em><\/a>\u00a0reports\u00a0that Swetnick&#8217;s\u00a0ex-boyfriend, Richard Vinneccy &#8211; a registered Democrat,\u00a0<strong>took out a restraining order against her, and says he has evidence that she&#8217;s lying.<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;Right after I broke up with her,\u00a0<strong>she was threatening my family, threatening my wife and threatening to do harm to my baby at that time<\/strong>,&#8221;\u00a0Vinneccy said in a telephone interview with POLITICO. &#8220;<strong>I know a lot about her<\/strong>.&#8221; &#8211;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.politico.com\/story\/2018\/09\/26\/ex-boyfriend-filed-restraining-order-against-kavanaugh-accuser-845348\"><em>Politico<\/em><\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&#8220;<strong>I have a lot of facts, evidence, that what she\u2019s saying is not true at all<\/strong>,&#8221;\u00a0he said. &#8220;<strong>I would rather speak to my attorney first before saying more<\/strong>.&#8221;<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">BREAKING: Julie Swetnick\u2019s ex-boyfriend filed a restraining order against her: \u201cShe was threatening my family, threatening my wife, and threatening to harm my baby,\u201d said Richard Vinneccy, \u201cI know a lot about her.
