An op-ed written in the New York Times by an anonymous “senior official in the Trump administration” has drawn harsh rebuke from both sides of the aisle and beyond – after everyone from President Trump to Glenn Greenwald to the\u00a0Los Angeles Times<\/em>\u00a0chimed in with various criticisms.<\/p>\n The author, who claims to be actively working\u00a0against Trump in collusion with other senior officials\u00a0in what they\u00a0call a\u00a0“resistance inside the Trump administration,” has now been labeled\u00a0everything from a coward, to treasonous, to nonexistent.<\/p>\n Trump, as expected,\u00a0lashed out<\/a>\u00a0at the “failing” New York Times – before questioning whether the the mystery official\u00a0really exists, and that if they do, the New York Times should\u00a0reveal the author’s identity as a matter of national security.<\/p>\n Does the so-called \u201cSenior Administration Official\u201d really exist, or is it just the Failing New York Times with another phony source?
