Now here&#8217;s the bombshell report that will surely shake the foundations of Washington, D.C.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/stateofthenation2012.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/download-1-3-600x346.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-100898\" src=\"https:\/\/stateofthenation2012.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/download-1-3-600x346.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"346\" srcset=\"https:\/\/stateofthenation2012.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/download-1-3-600x346.jpg 600w, https:\/\/stateofthenation2012.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/download-1-3-600x346-300x173.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h1><strong>Report: Witness Prepared to Identify Two Killers of Seth Rich<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>by Alicia Powe<br \/>\nThe Gateway Pundit<\/p>\n<p>The Washington, D.C. lobbyist who has been on the hunt for Seth Rich\u2019s killer found a \u201ccredible\u201d witness who will identify the two men he believes murdered the DNC staffer.<\/p>\n<p>Jack Burkman, a Washington-based attorney and lobbyist who has worked with a private investigative team to solve the Seth Rich murder mystery, told\u00a0<em>The Gateway Pundit<\/em>\u00a0that the witness has conclusive evidence that will bring Rich\u2019s killers to justice within a month.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe believe that we have reached the beginning of the end of the Seth Rich murder investigation,\u201d Burkman told<em>The Gateway Pundit<\/em>\u00a0in an exclusive interview Sunday. \u00a0\u201cAfter two long hard years of work, we have a witness who is prepared to identify the two killers of Seth Rich. One is reportedly a current DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration) agent, the other is reportedly a current ATF (Bureau of\u00a0<em>Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms<\/em>\u00a0and Explosives) agent\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The witness, who \u201cfears for his life,\u201d will be accompanied by armed guards and disguise his identity as he details how two employees of the United States government killed Seth in a press conference slated for Tuesday.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">All press should attend my press conference TUESDAY at 1:00PM at the HOLIDAY INN Rosslyn Key Bridge.  We will present a witness who brings us close to resolution in the Seth Rich case. <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/SethRich?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#SethRich<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&mdash; Jack Burkman (@Jack_Burkman) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/Jack_Burkman\/status\/1016044066545590273?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">July 8, 2018<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>Frank Whalen, a retired NYPD Detective Sergeant NYPD who served as the head of NYPD Homicide for 23 years, found the witness, Burkman explained.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe found him through working with a retired New York City detective, who found him and brought him to us. We have thoroughly vetted this witness and we believe in this witness,\u201d he said. \u201cHe has evidence that substantiates his claims but it will be revealed slowly. This witness is in great fear of his life \u2013 that\u2019s why we are going with disguising him, disguising his voice and everything about him.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Burkman, who has viewed surveillance footage from the night Rich was killed, says the witness\u2019 testimony confirms two men involved in the shooting.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhat the witness says matches what the police say and matches what we know from the surveillance videos,\u201d he said. \u201cThe police let me see the video. The police said the video clearly identifies the pant legs of two men. So, there were two men involved in the killing that night. I now believe that in the next 3 to 4 weeks the entire matter will be resolved. It\u2019s the beginning of the end.\u201d<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_419908\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\">\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-419908 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thegatewaypundit.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/jack-burkman-seth-rich-murder-investigation-lawsuit-pp_orig.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"540\" height=\"400\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\">Jack Burkman<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Rich, 27, was a DNC voter expansion data director for two years and had accepted a position with Hillary Clinton\u2019s campaign. He was murdered in Washington, D.C., on July 10, 2016, near his apartment in an affluent neighborhood. Rich was\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.scribd.com\/document\/320691960\/Event-16113797-Public-Incident-Packet-1#fullscreen&amp;from_embed\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">shot twice in the back with a handgun<\/a>, and his\u00a0wallet, credit cards, watch and phone were left in his possession.\u00a0The Metropolitan Police Department has\u00a0described it as a \u201cbotched robbery.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Private investigators have claimed\u00a0there is evidence Rich was the source who provided WikiLeaks with thousands of bombshell emails\u00a0that\u00a0rocked the Democratic National Committee in the summer of 2016 just ahead of its convention and the 2016 election. WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange has also\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=Kp7FkLBRpKg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">insinuated<\/a>\u00a0Rich was the source WikiLeaks used to obtain the emails.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Kp7FkLBRpKg\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>The emails indicated the Democrat Party was manipulating the primary race in favor of Hillary Clinton and sabotaged the Bernie Sanders campaign, led to the resignation of then-DNC chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz. On July 22, just 12 days after Rich\u2019s death and days before the Democratic Party Convention in Philadelphia, WikiLeaks released 20,000 emails from DNC officials.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.thegatewaypundit.com\/2018\/03\/lobbyist-investigating-seth-rich-murder-is-shot-twice-and-run-over-by-car-suspect-in-custody\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">As Gateway Pundit reported,<\/a>\u00a0Burkman was shot at and run over by the former U.S. Marine Kevin Doherty on March 13 who he hired to help him get to the bottom of the case. Doherty \u2013\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/kevin-doherty-4358643\/\">who claims he worked as a\u00a0special agent<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/thepublicityagency.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/The-Profiling-Project-Team-Bios.pdf\">criminal investigator in the intelligence community<\/a>\u00a0\u2013 was subsequently arrested by Arlington County police on charges of malicious wounding and use of a firearm in commission of a felony.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">There has been an arrest made in the attacks on me. Before we even told him that, he told us that Doherty was friends and palled around with the ATF agent and the DEA agent who shot Seth. That\u2019s why we think the witness is credible,\u201d he said. \u201cThere wasn\u2019t much coverage of my shooting. The witness didn\u2019t see the coverage and didn\u2019t know. Police Department)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>\u201cWe believe that Kevin Doherty may have been a plant in my organization, to kill me and stop my investigation,\u201d he added. \u201cHe was carefully playing the role.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Despite nearly getting killed while investigating the Rich case, Burkman says he doesn\u2019t \u201clive in fear\u201dand neither should the witness.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI now have armed guards all the time. And we will have even more armed guards at the press conference the place will be surrounded with private armed security,\u201d he said. \u201cBut once we start living in fear we might as well have Adolph Hitler in power. Once you live in fear, there\u2019s no reason to have won World War II.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Following the press conference, Burkman will hold a candlelight march to the spot where Rich was killed.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI promised the Rich family that I would find their son\u2019s murderer. Their son was a great patriot and a great young man and it is for that reason that I want to solve this murder,\u201d Burkman said. \u201cHis heart was in the right place and I want to honor him. We are one big political fraternity. This could have happened to any of the young people who work for me, Republican or Democrat, I employ both. This could happen to anyone of those young people.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Burkman has created, paid for and erected billboards in the neighborhood where Rich lived and died; built the website\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/whokilledseth.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">WhoKilledSeth.com<\/a>\u00a0\u00a0and canvassed the neighborhood with Seth Rich\u2019s parents. Last year, he\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.thegatewaypundit.com\/2017\/11\/bernie-sanders-campaign-worker-sues-dnc-information-murder-seth-rich\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">sued the Democratic National Committee<\/a>\u00a0for the release of the hacked DNC server he claimed will reveal key information in solving the murder of DNC staffer Seth Rich.<\/p>\n<p>The DC-based attorney has also offered a $130,000 reward of his personal money for information leading to the arrest of Rich\u2019s killer. WikiLeaks is offering $20,000, One America News Network $100,000, the D.C. Metropolitan Police Department $25,000 and Businessman and investor Martin Shkreli $100,000.<\/p>\n<p>The DNC has yet to offer a reward for information leading to the arrest of the murderer of its own young staffer.
