Mr. Trump: Please Talk About Syria Instead of Miss Universe!

Donald Trump is in a position to elevate the political conversation
and win the presidential election by calling for an end to America’s
bipartisan failed foreign policy.

In this time of great peril, we need true boldness in our leaders. With
Secretary of Defense Ashton Carter predicting nuclear war with Russia
and the Pentagon going out of its way to threaten them because of
their support for Syria, the potential for direct confrontation and WWIII
grows greater every day. http://revolutionradio.org/?p=146706

Sadly, even the New York Times editorial board seems eager for war
with Russia: http://revolutionradio.org/?p=146670

This deepening crisis requires a focused approach that only Jill Stein seems
capable of articulating these days.

But since she is not allowed to participate in the debates, only Trump is positioned to be the voice of sanity because Hillary stands for the status quo and a continuation of what her immediate predecessors attempted to do.

Relying on military force to achieve regime change has proven very costly in terms of lives, good will and the drain on our treasury. Trump must go for the jugular and link these failures to the former Secretary of State.

With Congress now authorizing the shipment of lethal weaponry to
Ukraine, the estrangement with Russia is intensifying.

After the attack by the US on Syrian government troops, Putin has
responded aggressively by launching more air strikes and helping Assad
attempt to retake Aleppo. http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/article45576.htm

Reports indicate US troops are embedded with our rebel “allies”
in a last-ditch effort to forestall what might be the inevitable success
of Assad and Putin. http://www.veteranstoday.com/2016/09/29/syrian-war-report-september-29-2016-us-deploys-troops-near-aleppo-city/

The invasion of Syria by Turkey, the growing crisis in Ukraine, the
mini-shooting war between India and Pakistan in Kashmir…..all demand
a level of statesmanship so far absent from the campaign.

If Trump can somehow summon the courage and wisdom necessary
to change the subject and focus on this most urgent crisis, he can
quickly shift the electorate in his favor and bring in voters from across
the entire political spectrum who yearn for an end to these endless wars!

The failed ceasefire and escalation now means that unless he does so
quickly, America’s future will be the one predicted by Ashton Carter, a fate
we must work tirelessly to avoid. https://stateofthenation2012.com/?p=50626

Those doubting how serious the Russians feel about the situation should
take a look at this: http://www.whatdoesitmean.com/index2127.htm

Please Mr. Trump: Miss Universe is a silly distraction. Do what you can
to elevate the conversation and alert Americans to the dangers we face.
