HILLARY CLINTON EMAIL SCANDAL: Massive and Ongoing Coverup at State and the White House

Hillary Clinton Will Never Be Prosecuted for Email Scandal

Former Inspector General says “four loyal Democrat women” are protecting the former Secretary of State

Former Inspector General Howard J. Krongard told the New York Post Hillary Clinton will never be prosecuted for storing classified and top secret documents on her private email server.

Clinton, who won the Iowa caucus earlier this week by coin toss, is protected by “four loyal Democrat women,” including Attorney General Loretta Lynch and Assistant Attorney General Leslie Caldwell.

“It will never get to an indictment,” said Krongard, who headed up the Office of the Inspector General of the Department of State under President George W. Bush.

If there is a criminal referral by the Justice Department Clinton’s attorney will plea bargain the charges down to misdemeanors punishable by fines similar to those levied against former CIA boss Gen. David Petraeus.

Clinton’s lawyer, David Kendall, “knows the drill,” said Krongard.

Krongard said the State Department is lying and knew all along Clinton was violating State Department rules on the use of private email for official business.

“This was all planned in advance” to avoid rules governing federal records management, he said. Unlike previous secretaries of state Clinton was never assigned a state.gov address.

“That’s a change in the standard. It tells me that this was premeditated. And this eliminates claims by the State Department that they were unaware of her private email server until later,” Krongard said.

The former Inspector General said Clinton did not want to be subject to internal investigation at the State Department. During her term there was not a permanent inspector general and the five and a half year absence “is a major gap. In fact, it’s without precedent,” Krongard told the newspaper.

Last weekend Ron Hosko, a former assistant director of the FBI, voiced his concern about the Justice Department dragging its feet on an FBI investigation into the allegations. He told Fox News the case has reached the point where the DOJ should be showing activity.

In October Hosko said Clinton’s cavalier attitude about the investigation “really strikes me as very unusual and the opposite of what you would expect. This should be regarded as a very serious manner.”

When Clinton was asked about the FBI investigation by CNN’s Jake Tapper she laughed.

“It makes you wonder, is this overacting, that she’s going to play this role that it’s so ridiculous that I’ll just laugh my way through it?” Hosko told Newsmax’s “The Steve Malzberg Show.”

“Trust me when you’re dealing with sensitive national security information and classified documents, it is not a laughing matter. People have been prosecuted for this,” Hosko said.

Clinton defenders have attempted to downplay Hosko’s remarks by saying he is connected to a right-wing organization. He is the president of the Law Enforcement Legal Defense Fund.

The Clinton team has characterized the investigation as a “vast rightwing conspiracy” by Republicans.

“It is alarming that the intelligence community [IG], working with Republicans in Congress, continues to selectively leak materials in order to resurface the same allegations and try to hurt Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign,”said Brian Fallon, Clinton’s press secretary.

In January during a CNN town hall meeting MSNBC’s Chris Matthews scolded a questioner who said many young people believe Clinton to be dishonest. Matthews said the questioner should have shown more deference to a “major figure in American life.”

“Talk about bad manners,” Matthews said.

“This is the weirdness about politics. It can be that you can also have a problem, but your enemies are going to blow it up out of proportion. That’s for sure.”
